Dr Sharad Paul
Dr Paul was born in England and grew up in India. He runs a busy medical practice specialising in skin cancer surgery and divides his time between Australia and New Zealand.
He holds senior academic positions in skin cancer surgery at the universities of Queensland and Auckland.In 2012, Sharad was the winner of the NZ Medical Association's Highest Award, ‘The Chair's Award’.
His Baci Foundation is a charity which runs literacy and mentoring programmes for disadvantaged children.
Sharad writes both fiction and nonfiction, and his work has been published by major international publishers. He is a sought-after conference speaker.
