Ivan Vicelich

Vicelich went to Holy Cross Primary School in west Auckland. His love of football started at an early age, he was seven-years old when he started playing for Massey AFC in west Auckland.


Of Croatian background, Vicelich is the only New Zealand member to play in all three FIFA Confederations Cup finals. He won Auckland Sportsman of the Year in 2010 and is one of the longest serving and most-capped player in the All Whites. He played many seasons in Holland in the Dutch first division.


He retired from professional football in January of this year.


He is married to Marisa. they have two sons and live in Auckland.
