Jaquie Brown, is a New Zealand TV personality, actor and now host to TV One’s new series, “Keep Calm and Carry On.”
Born in England, her parents moved to our shores while Jaquie was still young. She started her career in radio before joining late night TV2 music show Space as co-host. Following stints on music channel C4 and Campbell Live, Jaquie turned her hand to acting in the double Qantas award-winning comedy show “The Jaquie Brown Diaries”.
Becoming a first time mum 18-months ago, Jaquie kept a candid video diary of her experience raising baby Leo, so far. The diary entries, reflective of Jaquie’s non-prescriptive, totally relatable personality, formed the basis of “Keep Calm and Carry On”, which last week started screening in our living rooms.
