Real Life with John Cowan

Kate Hawkesby is a TV presenter and radio announcer, currently hosting Newstalk ZB's Early Edition. Kate has worked extensively in the media, from reporting live from the Oscars in LA, to being co-anchor of TV One's Breakfast show and presenting TVNZ's Tonight. She is also a columnist for the NZ Herald.

Kate has a Political Studies degree, and worked on London's Daily Express newspaper before returning to New Zealand. She is married to broadcaster Mike Hosking, and is a mother of three.
