Real Life with John Cowan

Jacinda grew up in Morrinsville and Murupara before attending Waikato University, where she earned a BA in Communications.

She has been politically active since a young age, and at the time of being elected as a list MP, was the youngest sitting member of the NZ parliament.

Just weeks out from the 2017 general election, Jacinda has been elected leader of the New Zealand Labour Party.
