Sophie Gray

Editor of Food magazine and Destitute Gourmet author Sophie Gray published her first in 2002 when her family had a dramatic cut in income but she still wanted to eat interesting and fashionable food. Since then, she has written a series of best-selling cookbooks explaining her principles - shopping smartly, eating healthily and in season, and making a little of something luxurious go a long way.


Sophie develops all of the recipes that appear in Food magazine, creating each dish in her test kitchen.
