Real Life with John Cowan

Tricia’s work at Skylight includes the writing and development of new support resources and tools, often in partnership with other organisations. She regularly presents training workshops and is frequently asked to write articles and columns on aspects of trauma and loss. Her background is in secondary teaching, youth work and community support.
