Vernon Tava is a political commentator and Waitematā local board member.
Vernon spends the majority of his time working as a business broker and is an enrolled Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. He worked in general legal practice for three years before moving into brokerage. He holds a Master of Laws degree with First Class Honours where he was awarded the 2010 Fowlds Memorial Prize for Most Distinguished Masters Student in Law.
Vernon has been an elected member of the Waitematā Local Board of Auckland Council since 2013 and regularly appears as a commentator on politics and current affairs on Newstalk ZB.
