Peter started his building career in 1987, which has opened up many doors for him including hosting his own building and DIY show on Newstalk ZB where he discusses everything to do with building, renovating and home ownership, as well as taking calls on DIY projects.
In 2012, Peter became site foreman for The Block NZ, where he is responsible for the teams, their tradies, and all compliance issues. He has a wealth of knowledge to draw on, extensive experience on site, a passion for architecture and a sound technical knowledge of building and DIY.
This year Peter has also co-hosted the new show Slice of Paradise, that follows the journeys of couples, families and partners as they endeavour to get on, climb up or go down the property ladder.
